Our services involve professional consultation, documentation support, implementation guidance, project coordination, and certification assistance. Due to the nature of these services, work may begin immediately after project confirmation and receipt of required information from the client.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the client.
- Payment processed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- Services have not yet commenced and a cancellation request is submitted within a reasonable period after payment.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be available under the following circumstances:
- Consultation services have already been provided.
- Documentation preparation has commenced.
- Implementation support activities have started.
- Application processing or coordination activities have been initiated.
- Delays caused by incomplete information or non-cooperation from the client.
- Certification approval is not granted by an independent certification body.
- The client decides not to proceed after work has commenced.
4. No Guarantee of Certification
MLR ISO Certification does not issue ISO certificates directly and does not guarantee certification approval, audit outcomes, or certificate issuance. Certification decisions remain solely with independent certification bodies. Therefore, service fees paid for consultancy and support services are generally non-refundable based on certification outcomes.
5. Cancellation Requests
Clients wishing to cancel a project must submit a written cancellation request via email. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project stage and work already completed.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used by the client. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days after approval.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be considered after deducting charges for consultation, documentation work, administrative expenses, and services already delivered.
8. Modification of Policy
